these texts are an archive of my life in the San Francisco Bay Area from march 2007 - march 2015. it stands as a record of close to a decade of my life, charting the struggles i faced as an artist, daughter, and lover. messy and chaotic at times, eloquent and poetic at others, these texts are an index i am proud of. it was here in this electric box that i learned how to be honest about my experiences and the person i needed to become. it was here that i first learned the truism that words make the world and how to trust such a beautiful, rife, hard fact.

thank you for meeting me here in such tall grass.

my artist website is here.

That's a fear, not a fact, I'll bet Angela. Dismiss it.

thank you. this makes me realize how much i miss music videos as a totally engrossing & perplexing artform. i have always loved the drama look & sound of this band whenever i've heard them and will now have to go buy an album. which one do you recommend?

so while i was eating lunch and watching the part where the caped figures are trudging across the snow a coworker walked in and asked if i was watching the lion, the witch, and the wardrobe!

roz! YAY! they are totally engrossing. i've had the honor of seeing them live a couple times and it's always been a gorgeous, captivating exterience. some sort of psychological re-lining or atonement or acceptance. beautiful music, beautiful people, beauti ful artists. though i recommend seeing them outside the bay area: the "cool kids" here don't like to dance. they land to stand there with a frown and crossed arms. BOOOOORING!

anyway, get Light & Magic and Witching Hour. sooooooo goooood!!!

the lion, the witch, and the wardrobe! hahahahaha! nice! :)
