i absolutely love this and it leaves me speechless and tearful every time i see it. please watch.
ladies and gentlemen....
susan boyle.
these texts are an archive of my life in the San Francisco Bay Area from march 2007 - march 2015. it stands as a record of close to a decade of my life, charting the struggles i faced as an artist, daughter, and lover. messy and chaotic at times, eloquent and poetic at others, these texts are an index i am proud of. it was here in this electric box that i learned how to be honest about my experiences and the person i needed to become. it was here that i first learned the truism that words make the world and how to trust such a beautiful, rife, hard fact.

I watched her yesterday, she made me cry. The whole thing made me cry. People are so quick to judge on looks.
i've watched it about 5 times today. i am so inspired by her and so glad that this amazing talent has been exposed and is getting attention. it makes me cry every time i see it. i'm so thankful when things like this make the evening news. it gives me such hope and makes me feel so lucky to a part of the world. humanity at it's finest.
Angela, thank you for posting this! It absolutely made my day!
